CERDYS is the project of 5 small scale horticultural producers who got together 20 years ago. Collectively, they have given themselves the means to structure themselves and pursue their development.
Today the 200 employees in CERDYS produce more than 3500 references in either own brand or private label for garden centers across France.
CERDYS’S ERP PROJECT
In order to develop the business and meet customer requirements, CERDYS has evolved its IT system and implemented Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP (ex navision) by isatech.
Thanks to the ERP, the company is 100% a winner as it:
Has a standardized IT system for its 5 production sites and its head office in the West of France, for optimal collaborative work and centralization of data.
Supervises the preparation of 400 orders every day from its 1500 stock points spread over 30 acres.
Fulfils orders with very short lead times,
Manages mass production while satisfying the specific requirements of the customer specifications.
CERDYS worked in close collaboration with our consultants throughout the project.
We advised and accompanied them so that they asked themselves the right questions, stepped back, projected and so were able to ensure an optimized implementation of their integrated enterprise resource planning program.
