To accompany its national and international growth, Laffort œnologie recast its IT system and called upon our know-how.
isatech accompanied Laffort oenologie in recasting its IT system in “big bang” mode. Choosing this start up mode allowed a participative approach with optimized lead times. All the employees were implicated at the same time and so could discuss the difficulties faced.
In less than eight months, the accounts, purchasing, sales, stock management, production and food industry modules of the Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP (ex navision) were implemented in France and in the company’s Italian and Spanish subsidiaries.

Manage the traceability of its batches in all the production steps. Conform to the strict regulations fixed by the health code. Real time traceability inherent to biochemical and biotechnological production is rigorous.
Control pricing and margin in a complex environment situated between distributors, wine growers and final customers.
Optimize logistics. The bar code application with 25 terminals means managing 6 400 tons of batches stored in its central 6500 m² warehouse successfully.
The project has meant being able to cumulate the advantages of an international, standardized, flexible and evolving ERP, with the added bonus of having functional cover adapted to the industry challenges.
Thanks to its IT system, Laffort œnologie has reduced numerous costs and raised the level of customer service.
